Frequently Asked Questions
I already purchased tickets on TicketLeap, am I being reinbursed?
Please note: when you purchased your tickets, there is a policy that you already agreed to that tickets are not refundable. This being said, tickets will not be reimbursed as they were the Early Bird pricing; however, your email address on file will be emailed a voucher for 2021's Games for you to have tickets to enter the next year's event. Your contact information will also be held on a Will Call List for next year in the event you lose said voucher.
I already purchased a wristband from the Festival Office or from a local vendor, am I being reinbursed?
Tickets will not be reimbursed as they were the Early Bird pricing and we have no current list of who purchased what for wristbands; however, you are welcome to come to the Festival Office and return your wristband for a voucher for 2021's event. Your contact information will be collected and placed on a Will Call List for next year's event.
