The Highland Festival Road Race will be celebrating its 55th anniversary, making it one of Michigan’s longest continuously contested running races (minus our years of hiatus due to the Pandemic).  The races (10K run, 5K run,  5K walk, and kids’ races) begin in front of the Alma College Chapel.  Children’s races of various distances begin the morning followed by the start of the adult races.  Races will be held on the Saturday of the Festival, May 25, 204.  Kids’ races begin at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K/10K races begin at 9:00 a.m.  Interested participants may register online.
